Harbor Holidays and a day with the Grinch

Saturday December 7, 2019

Harbor Holidays and a day with the Grinch is an annual event in Fairport Harbor. It’s held the first Saturday of December of each year. Businesses, churches, schools and organizations have basket auctions, raffles, special buys and ethnic food available form 11-4 pm. During this time the Grinch travels throughout the village to steal presents to fill the police cruiser with toys to be donated to Toys for Tots. Park in the village and hop on the trolley to hop on and off at the trolley stops in the village. Just $3.00 to ride the trolley all day.

Be sure to visit Who Village with the kids for fun and photo ops in and outside of the houses of Who Village. Dress up as Who Village resident for the costume contest at 5pm. Tree lighting is at 5:45 and then a procession will walk to our historic lighthouse where the Grinch climbs the tower to read the Dr. Seuss Christmas classic “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”. Then photos with the Grinch. Max and Santa in Memorial Park and Hot chocolate and Cookies at the Congregational Church.
