New applicants will be vetted. FHTC reserves the right to reject applicants without explanation to preserve the image of the event and to balance types of exhibits. Once you receive your approval email, payment will be due upon receipt to secure your space. A link to pay will be included in your email.

All booths are to be decorated and displayed in a pleasing manner. Electricity is not available. Setup begins at 7:30am and is to be completed by 9:30am. Vendors must check in to receive their booth assignment. Vehicles can pull up to unload then move your vehicle to the vendor parking area. Vendors are encouraged to donate a raffle item for the Chinese Auction with a value of at least $20.00. You must provide your own tent, table and chairs. Tents must be staked down (it gets windy near the beach!). Any new applications that are incomplete or missing photos will be rejected.

It is understood that the Harbor Pop Up Market entrant bears the risk of loss or damage resulting from fire, wind, flood or other casualty; or from vandalism, theft or another criminal act. I understand the FHTC or the Village of Fairport Harbor cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damages to the exhibitor’s property.
