Mermaid Out of Water Online Auction The 2020 Mermaid Out of Water Outdoor Art Exhibit, in Fairport Harbor, Ohiio, had 40 plus mermaids created by local artists, residents, students and children. These works of art were on display from July through September 19 in our beautiful beach town.
